The Job Function Simulation is a TBAC (Task-Based Assessment Center) that determines if the candidate is ready to move on to the new job or still needs further development.
Using high-fidelity simulations, candidates are evaluated on how well they have converted their potential into actual skills and how ready they are to make the transition into the new job. In essence, this program can be viewed as a licensure exam that addresses competence in key areas of the target job.
Every JFS program is developed from a thorough job analysis and is customized to simulate the corporate structure, policies, products, analytic tools, and culture of your organization. The simulations are understandable and believable to candidates who immerse themselves in the situations and related activities. They are also relevant and understandable to the evaluators and organizational decision-makers who use the results to provide developmental support and make placement and promotion decisions.
Your organization’s customized JFS program may include any number of the following simulations:
- Business Review
- Coaching Session
- Counseling Session
- Account Call
- Inbox
- Team Meeting
- Status Review / Forecasting Session
Post-JFS activities are also available for those who need to fine-tune their skills before advancing to the next level.
